Acoustic Guitar Production Line
SAGA acoustic guitar production line is a dialogue with time and nature.
The journey begins in our “wood reserve warehouse.” Premium Spruce, Mahogany, and other woods for tops and back/sides are selected, while CNC machines precisely cut Mahogany and Nato necks.
Next, CNC machines combined with traditional molds create perfectly symmetrical body components, which are assembled into the guitar's initial form.
In our painting room, high-quality lacquer is used, and machine painting combines with manual painting. After drying and sanding, a perfect gloss or matte finish appears.
In the final assembly department, our luthiers install fingerboards and bridges, install tuning pegs and strings, and individually tune each acoustic guitar to ensure comfortable string action and precise intonation.
Electric Guitar Production Line
From classic ST, TELE and Les Paul models to avant-garde designs, this production line has it all! We also craft high-quality bass guitars.
The tonal foundation of our electric guitars is formed by the combination of Poplar or Alder bodies with Maple necks. High-precision CNC machines ensure that every circuit compartment and neck joint is perfectly aligned.
We offer a wide range of finishing options, from classic solid colours to wild, explosive patterns.
Furthermore, we have collaborated with renowned pickup suppliers to develop our own high-quality Little Giant pickups, which rival those of major brands in terms of tonal performance.
After assembly, our technicians conduct final circuit testing and adjust the string and pickup heights to ensure that every electric guitar delivers exceptional playability when it leaves our factory.
High-end Production Line
The SAGA High-end Production Line team comprises experienced luthiers who are driven by an unwavering pursuit of supreme craftsmanship and flawless tonal quality. Every guitar from this line is destined to stand out from the moment when it is made.
We meticulously select wood for the top and back&sides to ensure absolute symmetry in grain patterns, delivering a visually stunning appearance. All woods undergo at least five years of natural ageing to ensure peak stability, laying a solid foundation for decades of consistent performance.
For our high-end acoustic models, we use heat-treated tops. High-end electric guitars feature necks and fingerboards that have been roasted to impart unique colouration and enhance wood stability.
Our luthiers meticulously hand-cut, polish and embed headstock logos and fretboard inlays. Additionally, we integrate bolt-on necks and advanced German Plek technology into high-end guitar manufacturing, equipping our Luthiers with powerful tools.
The SAGA High-end line embodies the artisanal dedication and innovative spirit. Our luthiers bring their musical expertise to bear on the creation of every guitar, ensuring that every guitar is a unique work of art.
